ユネスコ無形文化遺産「山・鉾（ほこ）・屋台行事」に唐津神社の秋季例大祭「唐津くんちの曳山行事」が登録されました。
唐津神社の秋季例大祭。一番曳山「赤獅子」から十四番曳山「七宝丸」まで14台の曳山が笛や太鼓の囃子にあわせ「エンヤ、エンヤ」、「ヨイサ、ヨイサ」の掛け声とともに唐津のまちを練り歩きます。曳山行事は、国の重要無形民俗文化財に指定されており、14台の曳山は佐賀県の重要有形民俗文化財に指定されています。

KARATSU KUNCHI FESTIVAL/KARATSU CITY

Karatsu shrine's Autumn festival with the event of floats has been registered as UNESCO intangible cultural heritage (Yama, Hoko and Yatai float festivals).
It is Karatsu shrine's Autumn festival. There are 14 floats in this parade, as they walk through the city, they call out to each other to keep the rhythm with flutes, and drums they hear calling out to each other. This float event specified as our country's important intangible folk culture asset, and 14 floats are specified as Saga prefecture's important tangible folk-cultural property.
